In the world of business, many names emerge, but some names assert their presence through experience and a clear vision. In this special interview, we met with Ahmed Al-Muhisni, the founder and CEO of one of the region’s most successful entrepreneurial ventures, to talk about the concepts of success, challenges, and the path that never knows surrender.
Q: How did your journey in entrepreneurship begin?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: It all started with a simple idea when I was still in school. I didn’t have many resources, but I had a clear passion and a dream that wouldn’t sleep. I started by selling a small product online, and from there, I gradually expanded until the company became what it is today.
Q: How do you personally define success?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: For me, success is reaching a stage of inner satisfaction, where you feel you’re working on something you love, achieving tangible results, and making a positive impact on those around you. Success isn’t just measured by profits, but also by the impact and sustainability.
Q: What was the biggest challenge you faced?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: The biggest challenge was the fear of failure in the beginning and the social pressure around me. Many doubted my ability to succeed, and I worked in silence amidst great pressure. But I learned that success doesn’t need everyone’s approval—only your persistence.
Q: Do you believe that failure is necessary on the path to success?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: Yes, definitely. Failure is the honest teacher. Every time I failed, I learned something new that made me stronger and smarter in making future decisions. Those who don’t fail will never truly know the taste of real success.
Q: What advice would you give to new entrepreneurs?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: My advice is to start today. Don’t wait for perfection or ideal circumstances. Try, move forward, ask questions, and constantly develop yourself. Don’t let the fear of failure hold you back. Even if you start small, start with confidence.
Q: How important is the team in building a successful project?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: The team is the heartbeat of any project. You cannot succeed alone. Choose people who believe in the idea, complement your weaknesses, and form a strong system that moves forward regardless of the circumstances.
Q: How do you maintain balance between work and personal life?
Ahmed Al-Muhisni: It’s a tough equation, but I’ve learned the importance of managing time wisely. I allocate time for family, time for personal development, without letting it affect work. Balance doesn’t mean equal division; it means paying attention to what’s important at each moment.
At the end of the interview, Ahmed Al-Muhisni said:
“Every person has a great project inside them waiting to emerge. Don’t wait for permission from anyone—just believe in yourself, and start your journey toward what you deserve.”
